Key Account Manager Beauty & Wellness

eBrands is a technology-driven consumer goods company focused on brand development and management. We operate an extensive portfolio in the beauty and wellness categories for both women and men. As a Nordic company, we leverage technology and data to build brands and market our products internationally through various channels, including e-commerce, marketplace platforms, and retail channels. With a team of 70 employees and an annual revenue of approximately €35 million, we manage over 20 brands, with our primary market being the United States. We are now seeking growth in the Nordic region.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our growing retail team. This position involves driving sales by acquiring and managing customer relationships in the Nordic region’s Beauty & Wellness industry and taking part in developing our Beauty & Wellness brands. We seek a candidate with in-depth knowledge of the local market, solid experience, and a strong network within the beauty and wellness industry’s retail and distribution channels. This position is a hybrid role, balancing work between our Helsinki office and Nordic customers. The ideal candidate can be based, for example, in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, or Helsinki.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and support the success of our retail partners.
  • Actively acquire new customers and expand the client base.
  • Support strategic development of our Beauty & Wellness brand portfolio.
  • Increase channel brand awareness through the implementation of campaigns and marketing activities in the Nordic Region.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in retail and distribution channels across the Nordics.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive growth according to our strategic plan.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, introducing new ideas for sales and marketing improvements.
  • Represent eBrands at trade shows, customer meetings, and other events.

Requirements:

  • Relevant commercial education and experience in Key Account Management and business development roles, particularly within the beauty industry.
  • Understanding of the industry markets and players in the Nordics, with experience in expanding sales networks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to developing our clients’ businesses.
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to analyze markets and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish; proficiency in Danish and Finnish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the Nordic region.
  • Capability to measure and improve work through data and KPIs.
