Role Overview:
eBrands is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic retail team. Our retail team plays a crucial role in ensuring our products reach retail customers and end-consumers worldwide, executing operational excellence and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily retail customer service and sales support, including customer prospecting, outbound reach, and meeting booking.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups; occasional travel to exhibitions required.
  • Collaborate with category managers, supply chain team, and retail sales team, providing excellent service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate sales orders data and account information.
  • Assist and execute general commercial tasks and special projects, which might require traveling.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Outstanding customer service attitude and a strong sense of urgency with a proven ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or a related field (or 0-3 years of industry experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and experience using CRM and ERP software.
  • Go-getter attitude, willingness to cold call potential customers, and ability to independently come up with new suggestions.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
