eBrands is looking to hire a sharp Shopify professional with a getting-things-done attitude, who knows Shopify inside and out and is eager to improve our sites from both a sales and branding perspective.
As a Shopify Manager, you will own and manage multiple online stores. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the website, product offerings, and marketing efforts align with business goals- generating profits from Shopify while supporting our brand across other functions such as B2B and marketplace sales.
You will work closely with our Category Managers & Project Coordinators, Meta Ads Expert, Logistics Team, Customer Support, Brand Studio, and Technical Support to maximize sales, profitability, and efficiency.
Store Ownership
- Take full responsibility for the success of the online stores.
- Monitor Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, sales, traffic, and conversion rates—optimizing accordingly, with a strong focus on CRO.
- Implement strategic updates to improve brand positioning and customer experience.
- Stay on top of AI developments and ensure our stores utilize the latest AI tools.
Website & Sales Channel Optimization
- Ensure product listings, descriptions, and images are up to date.
- Oversee Shopify store setup and integrations with marketplaces.
- Optimize Shopify sites and collaborate with technical support when needed.
- Create content such as blogs with AI.
- Optimize traditional SEO and AI-based search engine SEO.
- Continuously explore new apps, ensuring the best ones are used and all apps have optimized pricing.
- Run A/B tests on a regular basis.
- Create landing pages and funnels, learning and optimizing along the way.
- Analyze customer behavior with tools like HotJar and optimize accordingly.
- Generate visual content with AI and collaborate with Brand Studio to ensure high-quality images and videos.
Marketing & Sales
- Collaborate with eBrands marketing experts to ensure campaigns drive product sales.
- Own the CRM and Klaviyo email marketing, including abandoned cart emails, promotional offers, and new product launches.
- Expand sales through Shopify’s ecosystem, including Shop App and other emerging channels.
- Run and optimize Google Ads.
- Manage promotions, discounts, add-on sales, and upselling strategies.
Product & Inventory Management & International Localization
- Multi-Currency & Multi-Language Setup: Optimize stores for different regions with localized content and manage site translations.
- Align with Category Managers on which products to sell in each region and at what price.
- Optimize inventory levels, ensuring best-selling products are available in all relevant regions.
Pricing & Logistics Strategy
- Understand transportation and distribution costs in different markets.
- Set pricing structures that support profitability across multiple regions.
- Optimize shipping methods and logistics strategies.
Customer Satisfaction
- Live Chat & Customer Support Integration: Ensure the store has chatbots or live support to increase engagement and reduce cart abandonment.
- Loyalty & Referral Programs: Implement reward systems to drive repeat purchases.
- Ensure a steady stream of positive product reviews.
- Engage with cart abandoners to A) understand how we can improve and B) convert them into customers.
- Study competitor websites to identify opportunities to outperform them.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team and learn from customer feedback.
eBrands sells to 65 countries and employs team members in 15 countries. The selected candidate will be based at our office in Pieni Roobertinkatu, Helsinki.
